Shipping policy

  1. Delivery time is normally between 1pm to 6pm. Pick-up time is from 11am to 1pm, early arrangement can be discussed. PAFURO kitchen is in Sheung Wan area.
  2. Delivery is to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories only. PAFURO reserves the right to cancel your order if the delivery address is outside of these three zones.
  3. PAFURO reserves the right to cancel your order if the delivery zone selected does not match your address.
  4. The Customer is responsible for providing correct and accurate delivery information and PAFURO shall not be liable for any delays, additional fees, or failed delivery due to incorrect and/or inaccurate delivery information.
  5. PAFURO team will send a pick-up reminder to the customer a day before the pick-up date and time.
  6. Please notify PAFURO team if the Customer is picking-up and running late before 1pm. PAFURO team will determine whether or not the order needs to be arranged for delivery and such fees shall be borne by the Customer.
  7. Where the Customer is running late for a pick-up arrangement and has notified PAFURO team, PAFURO team will do our utmost best to reach out to the Customer via phone. Customers who are unreachable by phone until the End-of-Business (EoB) cut-off time of 6pm will be considered as no-show. The Customer's order will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
  8. For Typhoon 8 and Red or above Rainstorm, delivery and pick-ups may be rescheduled to another date and time. PAFURO team will reach out to discuss.
  9. PAFURO is not responsible for any damages or losses to the product once it has left the production kitchen.
